4. Pricing

Prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Order Process

• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
• Dispatch occurs after payment has been verified.
• Orders may be cancelled or modified by contacting us promptly. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

6. Payment

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, SnapScan, and PayFast.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to fast, safe, and reliable shipping:

Cape Town (Local Deliveries);

• Order before 10:00– delivery by 17:00 same day.
• Order before 14:00– delivery by 11:00 the next business day.

National Deliveries (South Africa only):

• Major centres: 2–3 business days.
• Regional areas: 3–5 business days.

General Delivery Terms:

• Carrier: We useThe Courier Guy for all deliveries.
• Packaging: Orders are carefully packed to protect your rugby gear and merchandise.
• Tracking: All orders are trackable. You will receive tracking information once dispatched.
• Special Requests: Contact us for any urgent deliveries or special handling at info@oneworldrugby.com.

Please note: International shipping is currently not available.

9. Intellectual Property
