At One World Rugby, we want you to love every item you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item was purchased directly from our website: www.oneworldrugby.com
- It is returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Items not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items marked “final sale”
- Customised or personalised products
- Used or washed items
- Collectible merchandise (e.g., limited edition memorabilia)
- How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@oneworldrugby.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond with a return reference number and shipping instructions.
- Carefully package your item and send it via a trackable courier service to the address provided.
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.
- Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or faulty product), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different size or product?
Let us know in your return request email and we’ll confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Damaged or Faulty Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email info@oneworldrugby.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 working days:
- First, check with your bank or card issuer.
- Then, email us at info@oneworldrugby.com for assistance.
