At One World Rugby, we want you to love every item you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from our website: www.oneworldrugby.com
  • It is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unusedunworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items marked “final sale”
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Used or washed items
  • Collectible merchandise (e.g., limited edition memorabilia)
  1. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@oneworldrugby.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond with a return reference number and shipping instructions.
  3. Carefully package your item and send it via a trackable courier service to the address provided.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or faulty product), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  1. Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or product?
Let us know in your return request email and we’ll confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email info@oneworldrugby.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
